These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from and use of myrondesign.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Products and Handmade Variation
We make reasonable efforts to present product colours, dimensions, weights, materials, and details accurately. Screen settings and the handmade nature of concrete can produce differences in colour, texture, air marks, and finish. These expected variations make each object individual and are not defects.
Electrical Products
Check the voltage, plug, power supply, and other electrical specifications shown on the product page before ordering. Do not use a product with an incompatible electrical supply. Plug adapters do not convert voltage. The customer is responsible for confirming local compatibility unless the product is expressly described as compatible with the destination.
Prices, Payment, and Orders
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Import duties, taxes, and destination charges are excluded unless checkout states otherwise. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel or refund an order because of stock errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or an electrical compatibility concern.
Shipping, Risk, and Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes as permitted by applicable law when the order is delivered to the address provided. Customers are responsible for supplying an accurate delivery address and completing destination customs requirements. Additional details appear in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, damaged-delivery claims, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Intellectual Property
The website design, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, branding, and original product designs are owned by or licensed to Myron Design and may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. References to buildings, architects, institutions, and trademarks are descriptive. Unless expressly stated, Myron Design is not affiliated with or endorsed by the referenced architects, estates, foundations, museums, or institutions.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, scrape content at scale, or use website material in a way that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myron Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delay, customs action, misuse, incorrect installation, or use with an incompatible electrical supply. Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law does not allow this limitation.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
